isle-fable provides professional studio equipment rental services for filming and recording purposes. Our services include equipment hire, delivery, technical support, and related services as described on our website.

Rental Agreement

Equipment rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided at the time of booking. The Rental Agreement contains specific terms regarding:

• Equipment specifications and condition
• Rental duration and rates
• Security deposits and payment terms
• Liability and insurance requirements
• Return conditions and late fees

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to equipment availability. We reserve the right to decline any rental request. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup: 50% of rental fee retained
• No-shows: Full rental fee retained

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Handle rented equipment with reasonable care
• Return equipment in the same condition as received
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Not sublet or transfer equipment to third parties
• Use equipment only for lawful purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of isle-fable or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, isle-fable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless isle-fable, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of rented equipment or violation of these terms.

Equipment Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate production insurance.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
